I soon got tied of that and became freelance (without really knowing what it was).Since then, well, what do you want? It isn't easy to specialize in our country... and anyway, who wants to? Diversity is beautiful. I prefer to be a learner of everything than a teacher of nothing. Well, maybe a more advanced learner in some ways 40 years of work teaches you something.Not long after that I got into comic, what good times! Creepy, Vampirella, terror, S.F. are a few samples of what I did. Within time we all wanted to be Moebius instead of Alex Toth and the readers were left astonished.To work with Disney was really exhausting, it was for me anyway, to imitate in clean Pantone the 10 colours of each gnome, multiplied by seven, then the girl and the witch (at least she was dressed in black), or the 101 Dalmatians that had to be counted afterwards. Thank you Marta! My wife sees all the colours (I find some of them don't even exist!) And children and youngsters books, I've been hearing for 20 years that they are disappearingI've illustrated books in all the possible techniques, traditional techniques if possible because I like getting my fingers dirtyah! And to be able to keep the originals, thats a strange thing that seems to be disappearing too. Puzzles, Games, Album covers and DVDs. Commercials and Art classes to young and older ages.And when there's free time well, instead of watching football or fishing, I carry on drawing or painting, but with complete freedom.
